Who is EuropeAlive Medien GmbH?
EuropeAlive Medien GmbH was founded in 1998. We develop and pursue innovative concepts
in the mobility and travel sectors. More than one million people use the services offered by
EuropeAlive each month. MOVECO is the commuter network software.
The most important and successful service that EuropeAlive ever created is internet portal
Mitfahrzentrale.de. It is one of the largest online carpooling services in Europe
(approximately 1,000,000 registered users). Forty countries provide this platform; therefore,
the system is in three different languages, English, German and French. This is the software
that we are offering to you.
In addition, Pendlernetz.de is our regional online carpooling service. It is meant for traveling
within 150 kilometers distance, which is targeted mostly for the working bodies. The software
that we usefor Pendlernetz.de has already been franchised to many organizations in Germany.
EuropeAlive currently consists of 15 employees and has its headquarters in Bonn.
The Managing Director of the company is Martin Buske.

Goal
The carpooling service that we provide in Germany and some places in Europe are producing great output, therefore, we would like to expand internationally.
We believe that carpools have a high demand as a result to high fuel prices. Not only is carpooling a cheaper alternative way of transportation, but, it also improves the environment. By having fewer cars on roads the CO2 emission decreases, leading to a much healthier environment.
In addition, we are hoping that mayors, Town Hall or traffic networking centers will encourage or integrate our software because of the positive outcome for the community and the environment.
